Business Accounts
Ongoing Compliance Programs for Employers
Summit is built around ongoing business accounts — the recurring parts of a drug and alcohol testing program, handled end to end. Our accounts are designed for fleet owners, owner-operators, safety managers, and operations managers whose testing obligations don't end after one test.
Consortium & random testing program administration
We help administer your DOT random testing pool — managing selections and coordinating the collections your program requires.
Pre-employment testing coordination
We coordinate pre-employment testing for new hires so your onboarding keeps moving.
Ongoing account support
One point of contact for scheduling, documentation, and questions about your program as it runs.
Program records & documentation
Organized, confidential records and chain-of-custody documentation for the testing you run through your account.
A note on requirements: not every employer is legally required to drug test. Some programs are driven by federal rules, others by your own policy, a contract, or an insurer. We'll help you run the program that fits your situation — and if you only need a single test, you don't need an account.
Testing Services
DOT and Non-DOT Testing Services
We collect and coordinate both DOT and non-DOT testing. The two are governed differently, and it matters which one applies to your workforce.
DOT testing
For employers with safety-sensitive employees in DOT-regulated industries, testing is required by federal regulation. Collections follow chain-of-custody procedures under 49 CFR Part 40, covering the testing categories your program requires:
- Pre-employment
- Random
- Post-accident
- Reasonable suspicion
- Return-to-duty and follow-up
Non-DOT testing
Non-DOT testing is an employer policy decision — it is not a federal requirement. Many businesses choose to test to support safety, hiring, or contract obligations. We support the workplace program you choose to run, with panels and specimen types matched to your policy.
We'll help you decide what makes sense for your workplace rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

Mobile Collection Services and Where We Work
It helps to separate two things: where our own team travels to collect, and where we support your program from.
Mobile collections — our own team
Our team provides mobile, on-site collections across the Colorado Front Range. We come to your job site, fleet yard, or office so your people stay where the work is.
Program administration — beyond our local area
Consortium and program administration, testing coordination, and ongoing account support are not limited to Colorado. Businesses outside our mobile collection area can still work with us to run their program.
Not sure what's available where you are?
Tell us about your locations. We'll confirm exactly what we can provide for your account before you enroll — we won't promise coverage we haven't confirmed.
